Supermarket Refrigeration
CO₂ gas coolers with heat reclaim, low-noise packages and standard-range commercial units for store estates.
Overview
The supermarket sector was one of the earliest to take advantage of the benefits of CO₂, and it remains one of the areas where our design flexibility counts for most.
We build CO₂ gas coolers with independent main duty and heat reclaim sections in a common casework, tested to 120 bar maximum operating pressure — so waste heat can be put back into the store rather than thrown away.
Where a store sits close to housing, our Q-Floe silencer design has achieved noise levels as low as 25 dB(A) at 1m without compromising heat rejection.
Alongside the bespoke work, our standard commercial range covers the everyday requirements of a store estate — cubic and wedge coolers for cold rooms and back-of-house, supplied direct or through our wholesale partners.
